Why it doesn’t just get better for teenagers

Perched at my desk in an open plan environment wasn’t the time or place. I tried to stem the flow of tears but the very sudden, over-whelming urge to sob was palpable. I’m a gay man who has a loving and supportive family; I have an amazing relationship with my
